We believe all buyers should be represented by a real estate agent looking out for their (the buyers) best interest.  When buying a new home, the sales rep on site works for the builder.  It is their job to sell all homes available, not just the best ones.  This is one reason why competent representation is a must for all new home buyers.  Members of The Valley Solutions Team can assist with any new home in the valley.  The only requirement is we must accompany you on your first visit.  Our representation costs you nothing and our fees are paid by the builder.
